7.Investment highlights

Great development potential

Today, Bromley is a well-developed business area and one of the highest gross disposable income (GHI) areas in the UK (2018 data was 27,169 pounds, about 250,000 yuan).

The revival of the economy and the potential for sustainable development here are a very valuable option for first-time homebuyers or overseas investors.

Government policy support

Since 2011, the London government’s £94 million redevelopment plan for St Mark’s Square has caused more and more funds to flow into the area, and the infrastructure here has been greatly improved.

Bromley has been in rapid development since he took office as the Pakistani Mayor of London (Sadiq Khan, Sadiq Khan, was born and raised in London and was re-elected to power in 2016); he has been in rapid development; he has been designated in the "London Plan" One of the four "Metropolitan Centres" (Metropolitan Centre) south of the Thames.

In terms of house prices, Bromley has grown by an average of 15% from 2015 to 2018. Bromley itself is an administrative region worth investing in, especially the southern region with great potential.

Even if it has been developing in accordance with the London Plan for a certain period of time, coupled with the preferential stamp duty policy, investors can now choose the right time to enter the market.

Among the 33 administrative districts in London, which district can simultaneously shoulder the title of "the safest, the most green space, and the happiest"? Bromley Bromley district do my part!

With the extensive transportation network and the London Plan strongly supported by the government, housing prices and investment influx in this area have risen steadily!
