Reservation fee refund policy for Liu International UK Limited

Liu International is entitled to retain monies to cover costs incurred for administrative and legal work undertaken.

If you wish to cancel your reservation prior to contract exchange, liu International will charge or retain a portion of the reservation fee to cover our time and services, administrative fees and all charges incurred during the service.

You will find below the details of how much will be retained in accordance with your home reservation fee.

BASED ON THE HOURS AFTER RESERVATION:

CANCELLATION FEE (LESS THAN 5 HOURS): £180+VAT/HOUR
CANCELLATION FEE (5 HOURS OR MORE): £900+VAT
