We have a relationship with all of the major property developers and can locate the best properties to match our clients ’budget and according to investors’ investment criteria. Our personal investments are based on our outlook of ‘The time that you make a profit is not when you sell a property but when you buy it.’



Key responsibilities:

  • ●  Arrange and attend online and offline viewings
  • ●  Liaise and negotiate between buyers and sellers
  • ●  Helping the buyers (and sellers) understand the buying/selling procedure, from certifying documents, terms of payment including SD, signing agreements and contracts, to inspection, furniture booking, completion & to letting department smoothly.
  • ●  Make sure the buyers’ funds are transferred into solicitors’ client accounts on time for exchanging contract & completion dates
  • ●  Prepare and proofread real estate documents, and liaise with lawyers
  • ●  Develop a strong client base and account manage current clients
  • ●  Work closely with our marketing team to secure strong campaign deliveries
  • ●  Participate in digital marketing such as video recording, live broadcast and generating professional content introducing real estate and related information
  • ●  Producing sales statistics to support the management of monthly sales forecasting



Skills / Experience:

  • ●  Minimum 2 year experience in new homes sales or real estate relevant industry is essential
  • ●  Sales experience & some social media & IT skills would be fabulous
  • ●  Must be able to speak Mandarin or/and Cantonese fluently in order to communicate with clients effectively
  • ●  Ability to find out & understand the clients’ needs, incl budget, location, residential or BTL, cash or mortgage purchasers, time of purchase & move in
  • ●  Knowledge about our competitors
  • ●  Knowledge of the local residential market, mortgage application, stamp duty and taxation would be an advantage
  • ●  Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written are critical
  • ●  Ability to build excellent customer relationships
  • ●  Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • ●  Experience designing and implementing new builds sales and marketing programmes
  • ●  Having a valid UK or EU driving license is a plus
  • ●  Working Visa available
