We also establish overseas institutions in the United Kingdom, and publicise and expand those businesses.


We have a relationship with all of the major property developers and can locate the best properties to match our clients ’budget and according to investors’ investment criteria. Our personal investments are based on our outlook of ‘The time that you make a profit is not when you sell a property but when you buy it.’



Key responsibilities:

  • ●  Valuing properties Handling enquiries from potential landlords & tenants
  • ●  Booking and undertaking property visits
  • ●  Negotiating the letting of properties
  • ●  Producing reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material
  • ●  Ensuring legal compliance relating to all lettings matters
  • ●  Develop a strong client base and account manage current clients
  • ●  Work closely with our marketing team to secure strong campaign deliveries
  • ●  Participate in digital marketing such as video recording, live broadcast and generating professional content introducing real estate and related information



Skills / Experience:

  • ●  Minimum 2 year experience in letting or real estate relevant industry is essential
  • ●  You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
  • ●  Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
  • ●  Ability to build excellent customer relationships
  • ●  Be able to speak Mandarin or/and Cantonese fluently is a plus
  • ●  Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • ●  Knowledge of the local residential market would be an advantage
  • ●  Having a valid UK or EU driving license is a plus
  • ●  Eligibility to work in the UK
