After renters decide to rent the house, they need to pay a deposit to reserve the house. Liu International will provide Term of Offer Form for tenants to fill in.

7 Cleaning and key handover

Professional cleaning and inspection should be carried out 2 days before the tenant moves in. Confirm the name in the water and electricity company within the first 2 weeks that tenant moved in.

6 Tenancy check and sign contracts

After the offer is accepted, a Tenancy check will be performed on the tenant. Draw up the contract and have it signed by the tenant and landlord.

8 Property management and rent collection
